The Awakened Heart Center For Conscious Living offers a direct path to spiritual awakening.
Classes in yoga, meditation, sacred sound, healing words, and related subjects as well as individual sessions in hypnotherapy. Energy Diagnosis and Treatment Methods™, Life Purpose and Career Coaching and Life Transitions Coaching are offered as a means to realize our true nature, and to achieve a state of harmony and dynamic balance with ourselves, each other, and the universe. The Awakened Heart Center's bookstore, lending library, and beautiful, serene garden are available to all visitors.

The programs at the Awakened Heart Center include methods and insights from Zen, Yoga, Taoism, Shaivism, Transactional Analysis, Voice Dialogue / Psychology of Selves, sacred sound practices, energy cultivation and balancing methods and the teachings of awakened beings, East and West. To participate in programs you are not required to change your beliefs nor accept the beliefs of another person, culture, or religion. Instead, you are asked to fully participate in the process with an open, inquiring attitude - to become your own teacher and discover your own way, taking whatever is of value to you in your journey.

The Awakened Heart Center is also an open community of friends providing love, support, and encouragement to each other. Since everyone is welcome, there is no membership. All that is required is that we are kind and respectful to each other, realizing that our fellowship is profound and beneficial to all of us.
